As a chef, few things have made me appreciate great food more than travel and the opportunity to cook with others. Although I love the voyage of discovery, I equally love that feeling of coming home. Travel makes you a better cook, but also better at cooking and appreciating the foods that surround you every day.



From France to Italy to Ireland and destinations in the Mediterranean, Craig has hosted culinary tours of the greatest food regions of Europe regularly since 2010.

Craig’s next tours are in the fall of 2019 and will take him and his guests to beautiful Burgundy, France. The first tour runs from September 12th to 21st, and the second from September 23rd to October 2nd.
